The MAXX by Steigenberger Vienna is a design hotel in Vienna’s central urban district, Margareten, originally developed by Falkensteiner hotel group. In February 2019, Feuring organised the purchase of the four-star hotel within an advisory mandate on behalf of an institutional investor. The hotel features 195 rooms – including 21 suites -, a restaurant with a bar, a conference- as well as a spa- and fitness area. The spa on the 7th floor takes guests straight to a rooftop terrace where they can enjoy a magnificent view over the entire city.

The building, designed by the British architect, David Chipperfield, was fitted out by the South Tyrolean architect and interior designer, Matteo Thun. Deutsche Hospitality is operating the hotel as the MAXX by Steigenberger Vienna, the brand’s new flagship. With its modern ambience, the brand addresses business- and leisure guests, whose focus is on the essentials and who appreciate a central location and well-furnished rooms.

Feuring Group will manage the hotel during the coming years on behalf of the investor.
