In co-operation with a subsidiary of MAG Mainzer Aufbaugesellschaft mbH, we are currently planning the construction of a hotel in the Hafenstraße of Saarbrücken. It will feature 175 rooms and an underground carpark. The eight-storey building is to be erected on a plot with an area of 1,200 m². The hotel group, Premier Inn, belongs to Whitbread corporation and has closed a lease agreement with a term of 20 years. It will be the brand’s first hotel in the capital of Saarland, one of Germany’s federal states. The hotel is planned to open its doors in spring 2022.
The new Premier Inn hotel will be in a central location of Saarbrücken. Both the main railway station, the congress hall as well as the city’s pedestrian area can be reached on foot. A special feature of the property is its location on a corner plot. Feuring Hotelconsulting GmbH initiated the project, provided their hotel-specific advice and set up the concept for the property. The law office Dr. Ohler, Mainz advised the lessor in legal matters. Premier Inn was represented by the law office Pinsent Masons, Munich.
