Mainhattan to be enhanced with a luxurious hotel tower in an exceptional location

Frankfurt is on the move! Vivico Real Estate is developing new city quarters at the Europaviertel, in one of the city’s most outstanding locations.  One of the buildings will be a hotel tower with approx. 34 floors and a height of more than 150 metres.  The 5-star hotel with 405 rooms will open its luxurious doors here in 2011/2012 and will be operated by the renowned hotel chain Grand Hyatt, which is active on a worldwide scale.

The quality of Frankfurt’s hotel landscape will therefore be further enhanced.  Comfort and service will be the major components of success for the hotel.  The 5-star hotel will dispose of generous rooms of at least 36m², luxurious bathrooms and suites with an extraordinary view over the city’s famous skyline, as well as generous meeting facilities and a high-class spa.  One of the hotel’s major highlights will be its gastronomic facilities including a variety of restaurants and a Skybar located above the city’s rooftops.

Apart from its exceptional hotel facilities, the hotel tower will offer another special feature in the form of some high-class residential units on the upper floors of the building.  These will be offered to long-term guests of the financial metropolis who will benefit from the use of the hotel’s extraordinary services as well as public areas, such as the spa.

Viador GmbH accompanied the development of the hotel from the very beginning and was, amongst other things, responsible for procuring the agreement with an international hotel operator - they will also take care of positioning the project on the market.
