A new impulse for the hotel industry in the Swiss Alps:

The 4th of April 2010 marks the construction start of the 5-star InterContinental Resort & Spa Davos. After Berchtesgaden, this is the second Mountain Resort by InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) in the Alps. The 5-star hotel with its 216 rooms and suites as well as approx. 38 luxury apartments is being developed by the Swiss Stilli Park AG and will open just in time for the winter season 2013/2014. Feuring offers advisory services to the owner from the concept phase up to the opening and has negotiated the operating agreement with InterContinental as well as contributed to the sale of the project to the Swiss bank Crédit Suisse.

On first sight, the hotel’s unique architecture is its most impressive feature which represents a remarkable enrichment for the city of Davos.

The resort is ideally located in the middle of a picturesque mountain landscape offering a view over the Lake Davos and the city itself as well as over the surrounding mountain panorama and the ski slopes.
