In the Hessian science city of Darmstadt a new InterCityHotel is being built

Directly adjacent to the central station, Feuring has developed the new middle-class hotel with a total of 140 rooms, four modern and flexible conference rooms, a breakfast restaurant as well as a new FoodLounge concept. The hotel finally satisfies the year-old need for a hotel at the Darmstadt train station.

The construction of the middle-class hotel has started at the beginning of April and will be completed by autumn 2012 when the first guests will check-in.
