Internship
Internship in the fields of hotel development and hotel asset management

FEURING advises and develops upmarket hotels and disposes of many years of experience and close contacts to international chain hotels. At present, we are providing our advice in the development of the InterContinental Resort & Spa as well as the Hilton Garden Inn (both situated in Davos), the InterCity Hotel Berlin and many more. Beyond this, we develop our own hotels, for example the InterCity Hotel Mainz, which opened in November 2008, and the ongoing InterCity Hotel in Darmstadt.

Our latest hotel opening is the Hyatt Regency Hotel Düsseldorf Media Harbour. In this project we did not only develop the concept and arrange the funding and acquisition of an operator, but supervised the whole project development as befits hotel professionals. Furthermore, we accompany hotel owners in terms of operational asset management. In this regard, we are also assisting the two brand‐new Hilton Hotels at Frankfurt Airport.

We are a young team of 15 employees based in Mainz and are currently looking for dedicated trainees to enhance and support our team, in particular in the fields of project development and asset management. The duration of the internship should not be less than 12 weeks. Occasionally, we also supervise Bachelor or Master Theses individually.
