InterContinental Resort & Spa Davos

Just before Christmas 2010, namely on the  21.12.2010, in the presence of representatives of the City Davos, it was announced that Credit Suisse Asset Management acquires the project Intercontinental Resort & Spa Davos as well as the connected residence. This positive development will lead to the next planning steps and the start of construction works at the beginning of 2011. The building licence of the project has already been available for some time.
