Bis heute gilt die Anlageform „Hotelimmobilie“ als schwer berechenbare Spezialimmobilie. So ist es nicht verwunderlich, dass das Hauptaugenmerk des Großteils der Investoren nach wie vor auf anderen Anlageformen, wie etwa Büro oder Gewerbeflächen, liegt. Daher habe wir es uns zur Aufgabe gemacht, das Asset „Hotel“, mit dem wir uns seit mehr als 50 Jahren beschäftigen, transparenter zu gestalten. In den nächsten Newslettern werden wir die Ursachen für die andauernde Zurückhaltung gegenüber Hotelinvestments analysieren, Lösungsansätze vorstellen und versuchen, Ihnen das Hotel als Assetklasse näher zu bringen. To this day, hotels - as an investment - are considered to be a special type of real estate that is difficult to calculate. It is therefore hardly surprising that the majority of investors still focus their attention on other investment opportunities such as office buildings or other commercial and industrial real estate. For this reason we have set ourselves the task of making “hotels”, which have been our business for more than 50 years, more transparent as an asset class. In our next newsletters we will analyse why investors are still so reluctant to invest in hotels, will introduce various ways of dealing with this problem and will try to give you a better understanding of hotels in their capacity as an asset class.
